Kantar hires Chris Jansen as its new CEO

The Kantar data and media research business has appointed Chris Jansen as its new CEO, effective November 1.

Mr. Jansen, who has led several privately owned companies, is currently the CEO of Cognita, a network of schools around the world. It will likely focus on increasing the growth of the company, which is majority owned by Bain Capital Private Equity.

Jansen fills a void created when Alexis Nasard left in April after just four months as CEO.
